It has scuffs and scratches from normal use. When power was applied, we were able to measure the appropriate voltages at the receptacles. It was not tested under a load. No further testing was performed. This is currently set up for 480V, 3-Phase going into the main 200 amp breaker, then through the 40 amp, 2 pole breaker to the transformer producing the capabilities of 120V and/or 240V (both single-phase) at the outputs of the 12 receptacles. The transformer used has single-phase outputs of 120V and 240V. The current wiring has 120V on all 12 receptacles. None are wired for 240V. Some of the receptacles are GFI and some are standard.
