The front 10 LED’s will only be ON to indicate a FAILED FUSE – In normal operation they are off. PLEASE NOTE : This unit does not function correctly!!! LEDs flash with alarm, Reset works. I believe the LEDS should show green for main power and red for 2nd power – they always seem to go red. Change over works, all outputs work, sequential power up works. Nothing obvious from visual internal inspection – Image of control PCB.
