The front door latch is broken and the lock has been dismantled so the key does nothing. This unit is in at-least-partial working condition. It powers on (using the bypass circuit breaker) and the meters give their readouts. We were able to navigate the menus with the front panel controls. Without a UPS or network interface, we could not perform any other testing. Note that the doors do not close well, but they do close.
