This Switched Rack Power Distribution Unit (PDU) provides advanced load monitoring, combined with remote on/off switching control of individual outlets for power cycling, delayed power sequencing, and outlet use management. These PDUs were installed in racks, but the project was cancelled and the units were never even powered up. The boxes were thrown away, so they are not included, but the units are new, and include everything shown in the photos (this is everything that comes with the units when they are new in unopened boxes). Note that since these units were installed in a rack, the rack-mounting hardware is already attached, as shown in the 2nd photo.
