Please Note: No other cables, accessories or screws are included. This item is untested and may have power-on testing, no other further testing has been done. In excellent condition, it features only minor scuff marks and scratches. The rear casing may feature slight discoloration. IT Resale Grading Policy. Grade A laptops may contain light scratches and scuff marks on the casing and bezels. The screen will be in excellent condition with no scratches or pressure marks. The keyboard may feature signs of use, including lightly worn keys. There may be 1-2 rubber feet missing on the bottom casing. Battery life can still vary quite significantly for Grade A laptops, so it’s important to check the product information before making a decision. Grade B laptops may contain multiple scratches, scuff marks and dents on the casing, speakers and bezels. The casing may also be missing parts or hinges. The screen will be in decent condition, but again may have light scratches and light pressure marks. The keyboard may feature noticeable signs of use, including lightly worn keys and the webcam may have a slight fault, including light or dark image upon use. The trackpad may feature signs of use including wear. The track-point may be missing from the keyboard while the RJ-45 Port casing may be loose. As with Grade A laptops, battery life can be a factor that varies. A Grade C laptop may contain multiple scratches, scuff marks and dents on the casing, speakers and bezels with excessive damage, and the casing may be missing parts or hinges. The screen will be in okay condition, but unlike Grade A and B, there may be scratches, cracks and/or pressure marks on the screen. The keyboard may not function, with some or all of the keys being faulty. The webcam may have a fault, including light or dark image upon use. The track-point may be missing from the keyboard and the trackpad buttons may not function at all. The trackpad may also feature noticeable signs of use including wear and tear. Battery life can vary, and in some cases it may lose charge quickly. ? Laptop battery conditions?? For devices like laptops, the condition of the battery (or batteries, in some cases) can vary. Below are the grading criteria we use to assess the health of the batteries in the products we offer. ? Excellent – The battery has passed our tests, holding at least 90% of design capacity. ? Good – The battery has passed our tests, holding at least 75% of design capacity. ? Poor – The battery has failed our tests, holding insufficient charge from its design capacity (below 75%). The battery either may not hold charge, have a fault or is not present within the laptop. ? Failed – The battery is faulty and needs replacement or the battery is not present within the laptop. All monitors are tested with a burning test that looks for discolouration and dead pixels. To be classified as Grade A, a monitor must pass the test with no dead pixels or discolouration. Grade A monitors may contain scratches and scuff marks on the casing body and on the stand with minor signs of use. However, they won’t have any scratches or cracks on the screen itself, with the screen in excellent condition. Grade B monitors have to pass a screen test with no discolouration, however they may feature light scratches and pressure marks on the screen. There may be dead pixels on the display, up to 5 dead pixels are considered acceptable for Grade B. They may also contain scratches and scuff marks on the casing body and on the stand with minor signs of use. A Grade B monitor might feature a damaged cable holder, while the screen could have multiple scratches and/or scuff marks, but there will be no cracks or excessive damage on the screen. Grade C monitors features noticable defects on the screen and on the casing. Please expect either scratches, small cracks, pressure marks, dead pixels on the display. The bezel and rear casing may feature noticeable scratches, scuff marks and cracks. The stand may also feature noticeable scratches. Grade C monitors are fully functional with minor defects. This Other device has been thoroughly tested and is in excellent cosmetic condition, though it may exhibit minor marks and blemishes. This item is fully operational and has been rigorously tested. While it is free of physical damage, it may display scratches, marks, or blemishes typical of regular use, distinguishing it from a Grade A product.
