Fully earthed, with earthing stud on the end bracket so you can earth your 19 cabinet through it. THIS DOES NOT MOUNT HORIZONTALLY IN A 19 RACK. Other sizes and styles available, as well as lots other other 19 accessories. Some heavier items may require a courier service. Courier services do not cover the UK equally, so may take longer or cost more to get to the more remote areas, eg. Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isles & Islands. All goods are dispatched ASAP.
